Quezon City which is located on the island of Luzon is the former capital and the most populous city in the Philippines. Quezon City is one of the cities and municipalities that comprise Metro Manila, the National Capital Region. It is the biggest city and can be found at the heart of Metro Manila bordered by other neighboring cities. At approximately 160 square kilometers, it covers almost one-fourth of the area of Metro Manila. Most of the city is composed of residential areas and populated by about 2.2 million people.
This millions of people who live in this urban city of Metro Manila are hungering for God's good news; but they have never had a chance to hear of God's love because no one has ever told them! Most of them have followed religious teachings that do not line up with Scripture, many of which are actually tied to pagan doctrines while other churches discourages its followers to even read the Bible for themselves... so many have no idea whether or not they're being taught the truth. They believe if they will live "good" lives and stick with this religion, they might make it to Purgatory where they can then wait and hope someone will offer indulgences for their sins so they can go on to Heaven.
Fairview Christian Congregation (FCC) was formed for the specific purpose of bringing the Good News of Salvation through Jesus Christ. FCC is a non-denominational, evangelistic and church-planting ministry. We are Born-again, Bible-believing Christians saved by grace through faith — and called by our Lord — to share the Good News with those who have never heard it before.
